Vegan Almond-Coconut Matcha Latte Recipe

Veganer Matcha Latte

Ingredients for 1 vegan Almond-Coconut Matcha Latte:

  • 150 ml Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 g GymTea Organic Matcha (3-4 bamboo spoons)
  • 80 ml Water
  • 5 g Shredded coconut

Preparation of the Matcha Latte:

Whisk 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp) of Matcha with 80 ml of hot water (80° C) using a bamboo whisk.

Put 150 ml unsweetened almond milk in a pan and boil it for a few minutes with a milk frother. Put the foamed almond milk into a glass and add some shredded coconut.

Pour over the organic Matcha.

Ingredients for 1 Matcha Ice Tea:

Preparation of the Organic Matcha Ice Tea:

Whisk 2 bamboo scoops (1/2 tsp) of Matcha with 80 ml of hot water (80° C) using a bamboo whisk. Put your Matcha tea into the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Afterwards put the cold Matcha, some ice cubes, fresh lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon into a shaker and mix it for 30 seconds.

Matcha Energy Balls Recipe:

Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients for 6 Matcha Energy Balls:

  • 70g Dried plums or dates
  • 30g Raspberries
  • 25g Organic Rice Protein
  • 20g Organic Cocoa
  • 35 ml Maple syrup
  • 20g Almond slivers
  • 5g GymTea Organic Matcha
  • 10g Shredded Coconut

Preparation of the Matcha Energy Balls:

Put dried plums / dates, raspberries, organic rice protein, organic cocoa, maple syrup, almond slivers and half of the shredded coconut into a bowl and mix well with a blender.

Moisten your hands with warm water and from six equal balls.

Mix shredded coconut with organic Matcha powder in a small bowl. Turn the balls in it and afterwards put it into the fridge for about 2 hours.

Enjoy delicious and vegan Matcha Energy Balls. They are naturally caffeinated for an energy boost and contain protein!


Raw Cashew-Coconut-Matcha Cookies Recipe:

Ingredients for Cashew Cookies:

  • 40g Coconut flakes
  • 40g Oats
  • 25g Buckwheat
  • 20g Cashews
  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 3 tsp Cashew butter
  • 2 1/2 tsp Date syrup
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds

Ingredients for Coconut-Matcha Creme:

Preparation of the Cashew-Coconut-Matcha Cookies:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until the mixture comes together. Form little balls and press them down on a sheet. Keep the cookies in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.

Afterwards put the coconut flakes in the blender and mix on high speed, scraping down the sides often for 10 or 20 minutes, until a thick paste is formed.

Place one teaspoon of the cream on the chilled raw cookies, press one on top of each other and put it again in the refrigerator until you want to eat it.

Matcha-Coconut Cake Recipe:

Ingredients for the cake base:

  • 200g Instant Oats
  • 2 Table spoons GymTea Organic Matcha
  • 40ml Maple syrup
  • ½ Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 3 Eggs (whisk egg whites till stiff)
  • 60ml Coconut oil
  • Sweetener (as needed)

Ingredients for Cake Topping:

• 500g Curd cheese (low-fat)
• 50ml QimiQ
• 100g Shredded Coconut
• 5x Gelatin
• ½ Lemon
• Sweetener (as needed)

Preparation of the Matcha-Coconut cake:

Put all the ingredients for the cake base into a large bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth. Bake the mass in a pie dish at 180-200° C for about 20 minutes. Refrigerate the base after baking.

Mix together all the ingredients for the topping except gelatin. Soft gelatin in water and stir into the mixture.

Spread the topping on the base cake and refrigerate it for 4-5 hours.

A delicious Matcha-Coconut cake is finished – enjoy and stay fit!


Matcha Soup Recipe:

Preparation of Matcha Soup (4 servings):

  • 250g Soft chickpeas
  • 5g GymTea Organic Matcha
  • 1 Soup cube (vegetable stock)
  • 1/2 L Water
  • 1/2 Garlic clove
  • Parsley
  • Curcuma
  • Ginger
  • Pepper

Preparation of the Matcha Soup:

Pour water into a saucepan and heat it. Put all other ingredients into the hot water and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Mix it with a hand blender until it´s creamy. The recipe is suited for 4 servings.
